This work is part of a series of organic textile wall objects that explore the relationship between textile, form and natural structure within a contemporary interior context.
The composition is built from hand-cut textile fragments combined with a bonded thread that follows the silhouette. Organic shapes derived from leaf motifs form a tactile halo around the figure, while rectilinear textile strips introduce rhythm and structure at the edges.
At the lower edge, textile strips embroidered with architectural forms introduce a contrast between organic and constructed elements.
All materials are sourced from existing textiles. Fabrics are cut, layered and reassembled. That allows texture and weave to remain visible. This approach aligns with material-driven design, where form and meaning emerge from the behaviour and qualities of the material itself.
As organic textile wall objects, these works function both as autonomous pieces and within professional interior applications. The restrained colour palette and layered structure contribute to visual calm and material presence, making them suitable for spaces where atmosphere, focus and spatial balance are essential.
